Project Spotlight
2000 M Street, NW
Washington, DC

Stoehr Companies completed the full scale renovations to the exterior façade, main lobby, and all of the public space areas of this 227,000 square foot Class A office building in the Central Business District of Washington, DC. All work was completed while allowing for the fully occupied building to maintain day to day operations. A moveable walkway was constructed to allow the tenants clear and safe passage from the front doors to the main elevators. In addition to this base building renovation, our firm has completed the interior build out for nearly a dozen corporate clients inside this building. (jump to portfolio)
