Safety
At the Stoehr Companies, we are committed to the highest standards of safety on all our projects. We view this as not only a legal requirement, but a moral one as well. As such, we strive to adhere to, and often exceed all OSHA, MOSH, federal, state and local safety guidelines. Our detailed corporate safety program provides for employee safety orientation and ongoing training, individualized safety plans for each and every project, and regular on site safety inspections. Our Safety Loss and Prevention Manual, which includes Hazardous Communications procedures and an extensive Fall Protection program, is readily available from our Jobsite superintendent on all projects.
Our field superintendents have all achieved their OSHA 10 hour certification, and many of our employees have also achieved their OSHA 30 hour certification. In addition, all of our field and office staff maintain updated First Aid and CPR training, and our EMR is well below industry average. We make every effort to ensure the safety of our employees, our subcontractor workforce, our site visitors, and the adjacent public, as is evidenced in our more than 5,300 consecutive accident free work days through 2021.
